Staking Rewards

Tokens staked in the Optymize Vault will earn APY in two parts (1) Base APY + (2) Booster APY. Rewards would be given in a combination of OPZ and your staked tokens (“Staking Rewards”). The longer the tenor, potentially higher the APY to be earned (subject to the investment strategy). Tokens staked in the Optymize Vault will be invested in accordance with the assigned investment strategy of the vault.

The investment strategy will be transparent, in which deposited tokens would be staked into various yield farms, [Yearn and Convex] initially and to be expanded to other strategies. Each Optymize Vault has a pre-determined (non-editable) yield farm and initially, it would be Yearn or Convex and to be expanded to other strategies in the future. Please choose the Optymize Vault / yield farm that suits you the most.

As previously mentioned, the Staking Rewards will be a combination of OPZ tokens and staked tokens. [50%] of the returns (from the yield farms) generated will be passed through to the depositors and the other [50%] will be paid in OPZ tokens. There is a 1% withdrawal fee when depositors unstake tokens from the Optymize protocol.
